- Purchase the highest quality of goods and services at the best value; and
- Ensure compliance with Federal and Massachusetts General Laws in Public Procurement for higher education.
The role of the Procurement Department is to
- Assist faculty and staff with questions regarding of goods and services;
- Manage all aspects of the competitive bidding process and negotiations;
- Contract administration; and
- Provide faculty and staff training in procurement policies and procedures.
